Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 6 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 - 28 oz can of strained tomatoes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chipotle chili pepper
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp black pepper
- In a saucepot, heat coconut oil and sauté onions for 10 minutes
- Add garlic and sauté for another minute
- Add all other ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Take off heat and use and hand blender to blend contents of the pot together
- Use or store in refrigerator
